"Mums on the run" Bites

Looking for a low sugar snack to have on the run?
Quick and easy for mums on the run. These tasty treats are made with -
1 cup of rolled oats,
1 tablespoon of cacao,
1/4 cup rice malt syrup,
1/2 cup peanut butter,
1/4 shredded coconut,
1 teaspoon vanilla essence and
1 tablespoon chia seeds.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir together well to combine.
Place bowl of mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour so it can set up.
